In our vegetable gardens, orchards, fish farms, and small-animal farms, we try to make the most of natural techniques that reduce the use of chemicals, while maintaining soil fertility, reduce the consumption of water and avoid stress to the animals, for a healthy and tasty end product to share with our guests.
With conservation and processing techniques we try to lengthen the consumption times with the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency.
